Welcome to the Online SRY Studio

Gentle, Deep, Profound Supreme Release Yoga, at home

Our LIVE classes start TUESDAY MAY 5th.
If you're registered, watch for an email from me with more details including log in info & the link to join the LIVE LESSONS. Due to the current global circumstance, I am putting this together sooner than originally planned, so my team and I are in process on the membership site where your library of classes with me will live.

You'll be receiving a weekly reminder about each class with a link to join, followed by a notification when the recording is available on the membership site.

In the meantime, if you can join the LIVE classes, save your Tuesdays at 10am PST in May. Or, start setting aside your daily {or weekly} yoga time to practice with the recordings.

Props

Many of the classes in the SRY Studio Online will utiilize minimum props. I recommend you have:
  • 2-4 Yoga Blankets
  • A Chair {folding or dining chair} or Ottoman
  • 2 Yoga Blocks
More propping will be useful for some practices, but we will make due with what is available at home for the most part.

There will be a few times when we will be more "prop heavy", but you can skip those practices, or do recommended alternatives. Here are a few resources for props!

Yoga Blankets
Often there is often a significant a bulk discount rate. You'll probably use up to 6 eventually in your home practice, but they also make great gifts or household blankets for your couch or car. For students in the US, check out the blankets at: Ramatex, YogaAccessories, YogaLifestyle in other locations, you can find similar! Or use 2x the number of wool Iyengar style yoga blankets for every one of our plaid ones. For something natural fiber {wool} and more highend, you can do the Pendleton Wool Blanket. Frankly they are a bit harder to handle, being more heavy and not quite the ideal thickness.
