Guide yoga students through the culmination of the "peak pose" experience, and through a process that allows them to live a yogic life. Cultivating the peak pose is especially valuable for:
- New students who are not yet attracted to a class of pure release
- Long-form offerings such as a series, workshop or retreat
- Experienced students who are caught in a "bliss-pain loop"*
- Yogis who want to experience the advanced āsana + release
- SRY Yogis ready for something new and challenging
We have to ultimately work with students in a multi-dimentional and transformational way that includes not only surrender, but also strength, not only peace, but also wisdom!
In this program:
- Explore PEAK Poses - Full Upright Lunge, Triangle Pose and more!
- Understand the REAL value of spinal release {and get out of the bliss-pain loop}
- Gain Kaya's Principles of EMOTIONAL MASTERY for LIFE Transformation
- DESIGN Workshops, Retreats and Series using peak poses
- Cultivate COMMUNITY, spending time with your SRY Sangha!
EARLY REGISTRATION AVAILABLE UNTIL FEB 1ST

“I love her very clear, focused, patient style of instruction. She is the only yoga trainer I’ve had who provides clear, focused instruction that inspires me and leaves me feeling that I've learned something substantial and with tools that I can use and experience on my own. Thank you Kaya, for all that you've shared with us!” – Patty S

*Signs of the "bliss-pain loop":
All practices have traps... and all practices have tools to progress out of these kinds of plateaus. Students {and teachers} of SRY, without guidance can reach a point of plateau. Following deep, blissful healing, it's possible to get stuck in this loop - back and forth from pain to bliss.
- Obsessed with having a perfectly open spine
- Only happy when the body is pain-free
- Happy during yoga practice, unhappy the rest of the time
- Resisting Life
- Avoiding things that are hard or unliked in life {and relationships}
- Struggling with mental pain
- Negative patterns in relationships
- Body bouncing back and forth from bliss to pain
- Yoga is great, life is a struggle
- Using yoga to check-out or bliss-out
- Repeating the same problematic choices again and again
