Soma Class ~ Deeply Nourishing Foods

  • Vishamāgni ~ Variable, Vāta type of Digestive Fire
  • Tishnāgni ~ Hot, Pitta type of of Digestive Fire
  • Mandāgni ~ Slow, Kapha type of Digestive Fire Imbalance
  • Samāgni ~ balanced agni
  • Vāta Dosha ~ Air + Space Qualities of Body and Mind, relates to Movement and Change primarily
  • Pitta Dosha ~ Fire + Water Qualities of Body and Mind, relates to Metabolism and Heat primarily
